(1) The other railroad in town is Genesee & Wyoming's Utah Railway, who shuffle cars around the city from yard to yard, as well as services reaching out to Provo. I was pleased to capture this short 8-car oil train running between Midvale to North Yard behind GP38-2 no. 2006 and GP40 no. 3002, passing N 500 W Street at 15.47. With G&Y now owning and operating Freightliner in the UK we should be getting used to this colourful livery scheme.
