Standing on a raised bank at Sprey Point I capture the 1A82 09.00 Penzance to London Paddington service at 11.36, headed by 43078 and trailed by consecutively-numbered 43079. Back in the 1980s these two power cars were originally introduced into service on the East Coast Main Line as part of a Class 254 set, no. 254012, based at Heaton, Leeds. 43078 was once named "Shildon, County Durham"!
