9th Sept 1994

I had a good day of photography this day. The weather was beautiful and the camera was loaded with Vevia 50 ASA film (but rated at 100 on the camera) and I was feeling creative!
This wide angle view is taken at Marshfield, the sheep in the field looking like white dots set against a green background. 60033 "Anthony Ashley Cooper" heads eastwards with a loaded iron ore trains from Port Talbot to Llanwern at 11.58. The channel in the foreground is covered in algae.
60033 would go on to receive a special livery of British Steel blue, followed later with the Corus silver colours. Now it sits unused at Toton in Nottinghamshire.
