The Kansas City Terminal Railroad serves many of the Class 1 railroad yards in KC, connecting them with exchange traffic throughout the day. Exiting on the lower lines of the Highline Bridge at 13.15 is this local, headed by GP39-2s nos. 3935 and 3931, passing over the flat crossing on the BNSF.
