First time at this location in deepest Gloucestershire and what's the first train I see? South Western Railway Class 158 no. 158881! It's on hire to GWR, but nevertheless not what I was expecting. The 2G83 11.36 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa runs past the down loop at Haresfield at 12.17. The signal in the foreground has a feather indicator for the up loop that begins just around the curve out of sight.
