It's a beautiful spring morning and during the next 15 or so minutes 4 trains will ben photographed. First up is GWR 2-car Class 158 no. 158745 operating the 2U12 09.40 Exeter St. Davids to Cardiff Central service. It's approaching the road bridge at 10.27, running 25 minutes late. Interestingly, after this train no other "local" services between Exeter and Taunton are timetabled to pass here until 21.25 in the evening, at least on a Sunday like today. Only long-distance trains operate during the day between those stations.
