Hired-in by Virgin Cross Country, EWS Class 67 no. 67003 heads the 1V15 07.08 York to Paignton summer Saturday extra westwards through Taunton. The train was held at a signal for a short while and is now leaving the station and accelerating away at 13.31. This is a view from the erstwhile 40 Steps bridge west of the station.
