Cab close-up: 201 Class no. 230 "Abhainn na Bandan/River Bandan" is waiting at the platform with another Intercity train. The door is open and you can see part of the control desk, laid out in a similar way to a standard US-based GM unit. No, 230 has been in storage at Inchicore Works since 2013 after fire damage. It seems to be unlikely that it will ever work again.
