Exeter Empty Stock 1 - empty stock movements are very uncommon on this route. Even less common than that is a railtour with its destination being Axminster but this is exactly what happened today. UK Railtours ran an excursion to take people to the Seaton Tramway to visit their 40th Anniversary gala. The train started at London Waterloo and once arrived at Axminster passengers were transferred to Seaton by coach. The train then continued as the 5Z82 11.56 Axminister to Exeter Riverside E.C.S. Here, at 12.05, the train is climbing away from the loop at Axminster top and tailed by EWS/DB Schenker Class 67s nos. 67022 and 67024.
