Arriva Cross Country Class 170 no. 170104 bombs along through Magor on the long-haul that is the 09.45 Cardiff Central to Nottingham service. I guess not many people do the whole journey as the the route the train takes includes many other important destinations. Even so, a 3 car DMU is not what I would have considered suitable for an express train in my earlier days!
