(3) Class 37 no. 37175 has drawn out these six bogie grain hoppers from the yard, and will attach them to a rake of EEC china clay hoppers that were brought in earlier, continuing to Eastleigh as the 6Y27 Quidhampton to Eastleigh service. This short term traffic in 1998 was, to the best of my knowledge, the last time that the Andover Yard was used for freight.
