(1) For a short while in 1998 grain traffic was handled at Andover and a batch of Transcereales hopper wagons were brought over from France for this traffic which ran between here and Eastleigh. The loco used on the EEC Quidhampton to Eastleigh service was used to collect and deliver these wagons. On the day of mys visit here is Class 37 no. 37175 running into the yard, having deposited its china clay wagons in the sidings.
