After exploring the station for a while I was pleased to see train arrive and depart! M7 Class no. 804 is a Bo-Bo diesel electric built by Brush, but powered by a GM EMD 645 engine. It's one of 16 locomotives in this class. It's arriving from Kandy at 08.45 on a local train made up of 4 coaches.
