BR 9F 2-10-0 no. 92215 "Leicester City" carefully overtakes our train at Swithland Sidings at 13.01, on a service from Loughborough to Leicester North. D123 is on the north end of the train.
Once this train had passed would be on our way, or so we thought. Some kind of signalling problem meant that D5185 could not proceed southwards out of the loop, so D123 had to drag us back out northwards on to the main line, to allow D5185 to take us forward.
