A sneak look inside the servicing shed and here is 56121, my "mascot" loco, sat alongside 56040 "Oystermouth". Unknown at the time, no. 40 had a hopeful future under the care of the Class 56 Preservation Group, but it was doomed for scrap, being dropped in favour of 56301 (aka 56045).
