Milford Junction, North Yorkshire

I have visited this location on and off since 1997, and in the that time have seen a vast change in the rail traffic and infrastructure. When I first came the modern coal mine at Gascoigne Wood dominated the scene, but this has since been closed and erased from the earth, but the railway, and its sidings, remain. It has always been a popular spot for photography and my collection of views are some of my more cherished ones.
