Sherborne, Dorset

East of Yeovil Junction, this station serves the attractive Dorset market town, also the location of Sherborne Abbey and Castle. It also sits in the middle of a long double track section from Yeovil to Templecombe, having never been singled in 1967, unlike most of the rest of the line between Salisbury and Exeter.
