I pulled in here on the spur of the moment whilst driving home south on the A49. I knew that I was close to the railway but had not appreciated that this was Marsh Brook until I saw the signal box! What surprised me more was the fact that TfW Class 150 no. 150242 was stopped at the signal. I parked up and took my camera, in the persisting drizzle, to capture the train. There seemed no reason to me to hold the train here and after a few minutes the gates dropped and the signal cleared. No need to rush things around here! The train is 2M10 12.51 Swansea to Shrewsbury, time 16.45.
