"Thunderbird" loco for the day - Class 33/1 no. 33108 is seen stabled in the bay at Sheffield Park station at 09.35. With a long period of hot, dry weather there is a risk of lineside fires so it could have been called to action. But it wasn't! Just glimpsed to the right is BR 9F no. 92240, waiting its turn for resurrection.
