At 11.44 a classic locomotive heads down south over the West Coast Main Line. Class 47 no. 47810 "Crewe Diesel Depot" - dressed-up in its former guise as two-tone green D1924, is returning to base on the 0Z37 11.00 Edinburgh to Crewe H. S. light engine working after acting as a standby loco in the Scottish capital over the weekend. The juvenile River Clyde ambles towards Glasgow in the foreground.
