Trans Pennine Express Class 397 no. 397008 heads north at 10.50 on the 1S41 08.12 Liverpool Lime Street to Glasgow Central. Another franchisee who's licence to operate trains on Britain's railway is under review, Trans Pennine Express has introduced plenty of new trains on its routes: but will they continue operating them?
