Footplate crew exchange stories on the platform before going about their business. they seem to be very smartly presented in there BR uniforms! On the right is the 09.56 Oxenholme to Windermere, comprising a BR Derby Class 108 (car nos. 53641, 59250 & 51194). It'll spend most of the day shuttling back and forth the 1o miles or so each way.
