The up "Devonian" is lead by Inter City Executive-liveried power car no. 43038 "National Railway Museum - The First Ten Years 1975-1985". This is the 12.38 Paignton to York. At the time of writing (2020) this power car is working for East Midlands Railways, after a period of time in use on the East Coast Main Line.
