(2) 37796 waits for the lights at Nelson Bog to signal to the driver that he can pull forward to the next set of lights, a system of control that allowed the management the unloading process. What I am not sure is how they were unloaded as it is my belief that it was done by mechanical shovel, rather than from bottom-loading euipment.
