At 10.56 70810 finally appears (it was around half an hour late) on the 6C36 08.00 Moorswater to Aberthaw Cement Works empty cement train, formed of 23 4-wheel PGA tanks. It was moving slowly, being signal-checked due to the preceding Paignton to Exmouth local, which was went into the loop at Dawlish Warren.

The sequel of wheel flanges was quite severe on the super-elevated track - my video will testify!
