Highlight of the Spring Steam Gala this year was the wartime-themed freight train, hauled by visiting Baldwin Consolidation USATC 2-8-0 no. 6046. Here she is on the 12.50 Bishops Lydeard to Minehead, seen at 13.33 near Bicknller. As the train passed I noticed the group of fellows in American military garb, adding to the authenticity.
