BC Rail had a rail yard here as well as their headquarters. The railway was incorporated in 1912, but on 15th July 2004 it was purchased by Canadian National. Remarkably, my first visit to to see the railway was just 2 days prior to that sale, so I did manage to get some photos of the "real" BC Rail before it was absorbed into the giant just a couple of days later.
