Douglas Bay Horse Tramway

This is a pretty unique railway that has recently had some doubt cast on its viability. Fortunately it was in full operation during my visit. Running from the Sea Terminal in the south to Derby Castle to the north, the regular service is popular with tourists. Motive power is a fleet of horse which helpfully carry a nameplate on their bridles at the front!
