An unidentified Class 08/9, with a very distinctive cut-down cab roof, gently draws a rake of what I think are internal-user bogie steel-carriers into the works. Now part of the Celsa Steel UK operations, at the time of the photo the works near Cardiff Bay was operated by Allied Steel & Wire, but after they went into receivership in 2002 the business was acquired by the Spanish firm.
