Class 06 no. 06003 is a diesel mechanical 0-4-0 shunter built for British Railways by Andrew Barclay in 1958. All 10 of the class were based in Scotland and this is the sole survivor. In the background, left to right, are Johnson 1F 0-6-0 no. 41708, LMS North London 2F 0-6-0T no. 58850 and LNER J52 0-6-0ST no. 68846.
