This is the 13.54 Sherringham to Norwich service at the station, with a Class 101 DMU providing the train. It's made up of cars 51189 and 54353. The standard Great Eastern Railway timber signal box, seen in the left, operated until 2000. Virtually everything in this view belongs to an earlier era. Tradional railway operation. Modernisation was still some years in the future.
