At 12.40, and running about 19 minutes behind time, GBRf Class 73/9s, nos 73961 "Alison" and 73963 "Janice", approach Chetnole on the 1Z40 07.30 Stevenage to Weymouth "The Sunny South Express" railtour, operated by UK Railtours. The train had to pass a northbound service at Maiden Newton, adding further to its delays, but with an operational stop at Dorchester West built-in to the timetable, the train still managed to arrive at Weymouth within a minute after the scheduled arrival.

The train is seen here on the approach, with the tower of St. Hypolytus Church in Ryme Intrinseca visible in the far distance.
