56096, in the early EW&S livery, slowly comes off the route from Wakefield at 08.47 with the 6G77 08.08 Selby - Immingham empty cargowagons. The train had actually come down the ECML from Selby, and accessed the route to Hatfield at Joan Croft Junction. I liked the way the train snaked across the complex trackwork here. Who was Joan Croft?
