Scotrail's 170404 is approaching the Forth Bridge at 13.14 on the 2K26 12.28 Glenrothes with Thornton to Edinburgh service, as 170408 leaves the bridge on the 2G71 12.49 Edinburgh to Glenrothes with Thornton train. A moody sky behind, and the weak sun, combines to give the massive structure of the bridge some presence.
