Class 25 no. D7535 (25185) had not long been outshopped in this interim BR blue livery with small yellow ends. On this day it was given a few diagrams to operate on what would normally be a steam-only operation. Dubbed the "Seaside Sulzer 2" trips, at 13.30 the locomotive is viewed at Goodrington Sands working the 13.25 Paignton to Kingswear train. The locomotive now resides on the South Devon Railway, currently out of service (2023).
