A normal service day, not a gala, and hardly a soul about! 6960 "Raveningham Hall" passes the signal box at Crowcombe Heathfield at 10.35, the driver having just exchanged tokens with the signalman. Most of my photos on this line have tended to be during a special event, so it makes a change to capture a train in a calmer setting, probably more reminiscent of the real railway as seen in the pre-seventies. This is the 10.20 Bishops Lydeard - Minehead train.
