Shawmut, AZ

This is the spiritual home of the Combat Railfans of Arizona, something that was introduced to me by a good friend, Rick Cartwright "Rick the Railroad Guy". On my first visit this was a remote and lonely spot on the single track line in the middle of the Sonoran Desert. Today it's pretty much the same, except I think the line has been double-tracked.
