Away from St. Andrews a short distance, in the Hallen Marsh area, EWS Class 66 no. 66075 slowly approaches at 12.52 with a rake of Network Rail MRA hoppers loaded with new ballast and spoil. The train will stop, the 66 will run around, and the train head away from whence it came, namely Westbury.
