(2) Three come back from the races! The trio of "Growlers" - Class 37 - nos. 6915 (37215), 37219 (in Mainline blue) and 37324 "Clydebridge", take the 14.40 Cheltenham Racecourse to Toddington train past Southam at 15.00, during a rain shower: it had been hail stones just before they passed me here. The train had departed 20 minutes late for some reason. This was a memorable Spring Diesel Gala.
