My visit on this occasion coincided with the imminent opening of the brand-new Trimet Max streetcar system, the Orange Line as it is known. In preparation there were a number of driver training runs in operation, including this one made up of tram cars nos. 530 and 532 at the SE Water/OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) station. The whole system was due to open on 12th September 2015.
