Foreign power is in charge of this west-bound TOFC train, passing the I-10 overpass at 16.13. Two Norfolk Southern Dash9-40CW units, nos. 9303 and 9410 are in charge. Despite the mono colour scheme I find the NS livery quite pleasing to look at.
