This is the Southern Railway of British Columbia facility at New Westminster. Parked here are a SD38-2 no. 383, no. 950-001, an SW900 acquired from Howe Sound Pulp and Paper, Port Mellon, BC, and an old BC Rail passenger car. Research suggest that the SW900 must have been acquired for spares, as I believe it has not actually worked for the railroad.
