The Altamont Commuter Express for Stockton, will pass through the former Western Pacific's Altamont Pass. This is two of the ACE's F40PHs, nos. 3104 and 3105, ready to depart, propelling their train north. Yes, a double-headed train, if that's the right term in this case, pushing, not pulling!
