It's well below freezing point on this January morning, and a hard haw frost has blanketed the whole region, right down through the Welsh borders. Nothing much was moving on this visit but I could not resist taking a few shots of the railway as the sun rose from its slumber. Here it is back-lighting this former GWR bracket signal, the frost clearly seen on the platform, yet to bear witness to a footstep.
