At 12.06 your eye is drawn down the pathway towards EWS Class 60 no. 60068 "Charles Darwin", working past on the 6M46 11.08 Redcar to Hardendale empty limestone train. Sadly the steelworks at Lakenby have closed, and this service is no longer required.
