Monthey

As I recall we had booked a night's accommodation inn this town, after arriving that day on my very first visit to Switzerland. We had booked rooms in a local "pension" that was just a short walk from the station. Not by accident I am sure! My recollection was that it was a very pleasant and quiet place, with plenty of interest for a young enthusiast, as well as good local beer too!
