Class 33/1 no. 33113 plus Class 491 EMU, passes Wareham signal box and the closed level crossing, working a New Milton to Weymouth service. The site of the old level crossing is in the foreground, this once being the A351. The new flyover was opened around 1973 and the level crossing blocked off from then on. It can be seen in the background.

33113, one of the push-pull Class 33/1s, did not survive, withdrawn in 1992 and cut up at Stewart's Lane depot, London, in 1997.
