A Provincial Railways-liveried Class 150/1 heads away in bright winter sun with the 10.44 Skegness to Derby service, running alongside one of many "drains" to be found in this flat landscape. The telegraph pole line paralleling the permanent way is what stands out here to me, a sight no longer seen in the UK.
